Balloon Celebration card!

Happy weekend!  Everyone on the East Coast ok?  Here in Michigan, we've gotten very little snow.  In fact, most of it is gone now, leaving lumps and dead grass behind.  I don't miss the snow, but it feels a little...odd...to have a snow-less winter.

What I Love stamp set and card!
